Excellent service and speedy delivery. I was worried when my old inherited Singer 411 started to run on it's own and the pedal smelt of burning that this was the end of the line for an old but valued friend. Thrilled with replacement pedal, drliverd swiftly znd now we are back in action. Here's to another years of sewing for the old machine !!

Excellent customer service
I was delighted to find a replacement foot pedal for my old Singer sewing machine. I ordered it online on Sunday and it was despatched on Monday. When it arrived it fitted perfectly and my old machine worked again. However when plugged in the machine just kept sewing! I emailed Couling and received a very prompt reply from Steve. He explained that before despatch all products are tested to make sure they are fit for purpose and suggested that the fault was probably due to wiring in the machine. A sewing machine mechanic confirmed this and was able to fix my machine. Thanks to Steve for pointing me in the right direction. I emailed
