Machine Sales & Demonstrations
Walk in demonstrations are available for anyone interested in purchasing a new machine but its best to ring and make an appointment prior to arrival so that we can ensure that you do not have to wait too long to be served. Please take the opportunity to browse our website prior to your visit so as to give yourselves an idea of your choice. We can take a machine or two down from the shelf for a quick demonstration.
Service & Repairs
For anyone needing their machine repairing, please note our turnaround is usually 10-14 working days. You will need to bring your machine complete with foot control, cable, foot and bobbin case, If possible to speed up the booking in process include a brief note of the issue, as well as your details - name, address and phone number. Your machine will be booked in and a receipt given.
