Genuine Janome High-Tension Bobbin Case

The Janome Yellow Dot Bobbin Case provides approximately twice the thread tension of the standard bobbin case, which is identified by a red mark.

This high-tension bobbin case can be used when the bobbin thread is finer than the needle thread, helping to prevent the bobbin thread from pulling through to the top of the fabric.

For machine embroidery, if you are using bobbin thread that is not branded Janome bobbin thread, Janome recommends using this high-tension bobbin case to help achieve the correct stitch balance.
