Machine Sales & Demonstrations
We offer walk-in demonstrations for those interested in purchasing a new machine. To ensure prompt service, we recommend making an appointment prior to your visit. This allows us to prepare and minimize wait times. We encourage you to explore our website beforehand to familiarize yourself with your options. We can easily bring a machine or two down from the shelf for a quick demonstration.
Service & Repairs
If your machine requires repair, please note that our turnaround time is typically 10-14 working days. Ensure you bring your machine complete with the foot control, cable, foot, and bobbin case. To expedite the booking process, we kindly ask that you include a brief note detailing the issue, along with your name, address, and phone number. You will receive a receipt upon booking in your machine.
