At the rear of our store, you will find our dedicated service and repair center for home domestic sewing machines. Our team comprises factory-trained, certified engineers with over 65 years of combined experience.

We have participated in training courses with leading manufacturers, including Bernina, Brother, Elna, Janome, Pfaff, Singer, and Toyota. We are authorized to carry out all service and repair work on their machines.

Comprehensive Support

Our service and repair center enables us to support you throughout the lifetime of your machine. Manufacturers typically recommend servicing every 1 to 2 years to ensure optimal performance.

As a testament to our engineers' skills, we have been recognized as an official Brother warranty service repair center. This means that if you own a Brother sewing machine that is still under warranty and requires repair, we can service it on-site at no charge, eliminating the need to return it to Brother.

For repairs, please bring your machine along with the foot control, cable, foot, and bobbin case. To expedite the check-in process, we recommend including a brief note detailing the issue, along with your name, address, and phone number. You will receive a receipt upon booking in your machine.
