The Needle clamp is only available from Janome as a complete unit attached to the needle bar,
The clamp can be removed from the new bar and fitted to your original bar to save changing the whole needle bar

after installing the needle clamp only my janome8077 is purring like a kitten
I contacted a mobie machine tech he advised me just to fit the needle clamp, as the replacing the whole bar was far to technical for me, i followed his advice and now have a happy machine and ,yes I did contact him after my repair!
