The Janome 5060 is a brand new Janome model that is fully computerised with a wide variety of built in stitches and buttonholes. It has a superior feed system (7 piece feed dogs) which helps fabrics feed through a lot easier and improved stitch quality. Due to it being a computerised model you get beneficial features such as automatic thread cutting, automatic lockstitch, speed control, needle up/down and start/stop. Unlike some machines it comes with a presser foot pressure adjustment dial (6 levels) and it also comes with an extension table to give you that extra bit of room for larger projects.

Absolutely delighted with this machine, a replacement for a 25 year old Singer. Easy to thread, to wind and install Bobbin, and intuitive to use. It is small and light enough to be portable for classes, and comes with excellent value additional feet and extension table. I have already completed both dressmaking and quilting projects in the first week - and everything has felt easier with this wonderful machine.
