Pfaff Thread Fetcher
Our QE720 was suffering a fault where the bottom bobbin thread was not being picked up when starting to sew. I traced it to the thread fetcher being slightly bent and therefore after doing a cut, the thread tail was not being held in place against the little felt pad. This replacement part purchased at a reasonable price from Couling Sewing Machines has cured the fault and normal sewing has resumed.
