The Kai 5100C Needlecraft scissor's sharp, pointed curved tips allow for flexibility in clipping jump stitches in embroidery designs, lettering, machine quilting, beadwork, and fly tying for fishermen.
The curved tips on the 5100C also aid in cutting away stabilizers from the back of embroidery projects and they are useful for applique projects as well.
As with the rest of Kai 5000 Series scissors, the 5100 are made in Japan of a hardened stainless steel.
