At the rear of our store is our sewing machine service and repair centre. This is staffed by our factory trained certified service and repair engineers. Between them they have over 65 years of experience!
We have attended training courses with top manufactures including Bernina, Brother, Elna, Janome, Pfaff, Singer, Toyota etc and are Authorised to carry out all service and repair work.
Our service and repair centre allows us to support you with your machine over its full life time. Generally the manufacturers recommend that machines are serviced every 1 to 2 years to keep them in best working order.
In recognition of our engineers skills and competency we have been named as an official Brother warranty service repair centre. This means that if you own a Brother Sewing Machine, its within its guarantee period and it has an issue we can repair it onsite free of charge thus avoiding needing to send the machine back to Brother.
Not only can we repair the new modern machines we also specialise in old Swiss Bernina & Elna, German Pfaff & Swedish Husq Viking, Frister Rossmann, Alfa, Jones, Newhome and many more branded makes.
We carry thousands of branded/genuine parts from the top manufacturers for a quicker turn around (normally within 10 days) on repairs in our fully equipped workshop.
For anyone needing their machine repairing, you will need to bring your machine complete with foot control, cable, foot and bobbin case. If possible to speed up the booking in process include a brief note of the issue, as well as your details - name, address and phone number. Your machine will be booked in and a receipt given.
