FREE DELIVERY is offered on all orders over £10.00. ( unless stated )

Machine/Large Orders -If Payment is received before Mid-day your Machine will be Delivered over night to UK postcodes Free of charge via Parcel Force - Next day with Tracking

Accessories/Small Orders - Will be Delivered Royal Mail 1st class post.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working days after receipt of payment

(Royal mail aim to Delivery all 1st class mail on the next working day after posting)

Royal mail 1st class may take upto 3 working day


A Postage fee of £3.50 will apply on all orders under £10.00 This include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

All items are sent with proof of postage.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Horn items & Cabinets

Exceptional Delivery & Installation Service

Horn Delivery on all cabinets is FREE and can take upto 28 working days to UK Mainland ONLY
Horn Deliver the cabinets direct. some of horns smaller items like cutting mats will take upto 5-8 working days by carrier
Postage charges may be appiled to some of the Horn smaller items like the fold away tables/mats and chairs

Your Rights


Please ring the shop on 01522 521841 to arrange any returns within 7 days

Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt of your delivery. Please note that a returns approval must be obtained from us prior to returning your product. Failure to follow this procdure may result in our Goods Inwards dept not accepting the delivery.


All returns must be made in the original packaging otherwise your returned product will not be accepted.

Items returned for refund must be in perfect un-used condition 

All returns are made at the cost of the customer.

(This is Clearly stated in the distance selling act)

which will be deducted form your refund.


Returns Policy:

 "Under the Distance Selling Regulations,

 if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit. Couling Sewing Machines will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any product being returned by the customer, therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery or a similar secure and insured parcel delivery service."

  • The item(s) must be returned unused.
  • You must inform us of your desire to cancel as soon as possible preferably by e-mail with your order details, rather than post, and at any rate within seven working days. Should you wish to return an item, we must be notified within seven working days of you receiving the order.
  • You pay the return delivery charges (we pay return charges for faulty or substituted items).
  • Delivery/Collection costs will not be credited
  • Refunds on used items will only be accepted on faulty items. 
  • We will credit your account as soon as possible after the goods are returned and within a maximum of thirty days. 
  • Software unsealed by the consumer cannot be returned.
  • Goods are returned with all the original contents and packaging and in a like new condition,if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way. (A charge may be made to bring the item back to as new condition). 
  • If the product returned is not in condition to be able to be resold as new or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct  20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights
  • Domestic machinery is for household use only, refunds cannot be given if machinery is used for business purposes.
  • All items must be returned in original packaging for full refunds to be considered.Any FREE gifts received with the product must also be returned intact.
  • If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria are not met, we'll return them to the customer and also charge the customer's credit card for the value of the carriage.
  • Though in some cases we offer delivery, if an item is returned to us we have the right to deduct the packaging and postage costs from the refund back to the customer


We strongly recommend, when you return the product at your expense, you use a recorded and insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit or any return costs.
